Actual airflow depends on system static pressure and the fan performance curve. Lp is the manufacturer's stated sound pressure level.
FCP V ATEX H₂ centrifugal roof fans with vertical discharge are installed on building roofs above ventilation shafts, for direct extraction or ducted industrial ventilation systems.
Provide suitable roof waterproofing and a sealed connection between the fan base or silencer and supporting structure. Sealing must be continuous and free of gaps.
Installation diagrams and accessory combinations are available in the manufacturer's FCP V ATEX H₂ catalogue. Accessories are not covered by the type examination certificate and require separate assessment.
Electrical connections and motor protection must follow the specifications of the selected model and the manufacturer's documentation. Three-phase versions support inverter speed control and include PTC thermistors.
Before installation and commissioning, verify the ATEX marking of the fan and motor against the hydrogen atmosphere classification of the installation site.
