CC-JD LP HT – compact axial impulse fans designed for the removal of contaminated air, carbon monoxide (CO), and smoke up to 300 °C from parking garages and car service workshops

• CC-JD LP HT – axial impulse fans suitable for installation in underground parking garages and/or tunnels, specially designed and certified for the extraction of smoke and hot gases generated during a fire. CC-JD LP HT are “dual-purpose” fans, meaning they can ensure both normal ventilation (carbon monoxide removal) and smoke extraction in the event of a fire
• the octagonal shape, extremely compact construction, and Low Profile design allow installation in garages with significant height restrictions
• the series can be used at temperatures from –20 °C to +50 °C (for CO removal) and is CE certified for classes F300/120 and F400 in accordance with EN 12101-3:2015; certification carried out by the independent notified body Applus

CONSTRUCTION

• sound attenuators made of galvanized steel sheet, internally lined with high-efficiency acoustic insulation material
• airflow deflector on the discharge side, ensuring optimal air exhaust and removal of air from all layers. Supplied as standard equipment. In bidirectional models – two deflectors
• protective inlet grille (unidirectional models)
• mounting brackets made of galvanized steel sheet for ceiling (or wall) installation. Supplied as standard and pre-installed
• octagonal sound attenuators
• casing made of electrolytically galvanized steel sheet
• hub-type impeller and aerodynamically profiled aluminum blades. Balanced according to ISO 21940-11:2017 G.6.3. Blade pitch angle adjustable in stationary position
• IP54 terminal box, resistant to high temperatures, supplied as standard equipment

MOTOR

• asynchronous three-phase motors 380–420 V, 50 Hz, compliant with international standards IEC 60034, IEC 60072, EMC 2014/30/EU, LVD 2014/35/EU. Motors suitable for direct on-line starting DOL (Direct On Line)
• CE marking
• protection class IP55, insulation class H
• execution version 4 (impeller directly coupled to the motor with feet)
