APPLICATION AND CERTIFICATION

• DIC ATEX GAS fans are specifically designed for use in zone 1 – environments where a high safety factor must be ensured against potential explosions due to gases, vapors, or mist (II2G)

• additional versions upon request: options available for operation with dust zone 21 (II2D Ex h IIIB T135°C Db) and in hydrogen environment zone 1 (II2G Ex IIB+H2 T4 Gb)

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

• fans feature a compact and robust construction, adapted for transporting clean air with temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +60 °C

CONSTRUCTION

• spiral casing made of powder-coated steel sheets. Impeller: single suction, with forward curved blades (sirocco type), made of galvanized steel. Casing is easily orientable every 45 degrees, standard position LG 270

MOTOR

• explosion-proof asynchronous three-phase or single-phase motor, IP55 protection class, F insulation class. Motor is separated from the transported air flow
