APPLICATION AND CERTIFICATION

• Zone 21: Fans specifically designed for use in environments where a high safety factor must be ensured against potential explosions due to combustible dusts (II2D)

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

• use: Designed to convey clean air with temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C (version for -40°C to +60°C available upon special request)
• parameters: Airflow from 300 to 2400 m³/h, static pressure up to 1200 Pa. Diameters from 100 to 180 mm

CONSTRUCTION

• spiral casing made of powder-coated steel sheets
• single inlet, forward curved blades (sirocco type), made of galvanized steel
• casing is easily orientable every 45 degrees (including 180° and 225° positions), standard position LG 270

MOTOR

• explosion-proof asynchronous three-phase or single-phase motor, IP66 protection class, F insulation class
• motor is equipped with PTC thermistors (according to DIN 44081, DIN 44082, IEC 60034-11-2) for protection against overheating
• three-phase versions are suitable for speed regulation by means of an inverter
• motor is completely separated from the conveyed airflow
