DORIKA® 25 mm access panels feature a natural aluminium frame, a sealing gasket and a 25 mm thick fire-resistant plasterboard door panel. They are designed for double-layer plasterboard walls and suspended ceilings, providing access to concealed building services and installations. The panels open and close by pressing the door, using a click-clack mechanism.
DORIKA® 25 mm features the SHARK™ frame profile and a safety system that prevents accidental door opening. The corner components are made of nylon reinforced with 50% glass fibre. Their edges are not sharp, helping to reduce the risk of injury. The manufacturer offers standard sizes and a wide range of non-standard dimensions.

Applications
DORIKA® 25 mm access panels are used in double-layer plasterboard walls and suspended ceilings to provide access to ventilation, plumbing, heating and other concealed building services. They also allow inspection and maintenance of suspended ceiling cavities.
Important: when installed in a double-layer plasterboard wall, the opening side of the panel must face upwards.

DORIKA® 25 mm installation instructions
DORIKA® 25 mm access panels are designed for installation in double-layer plasterboard walls and suspended ceilings. Before installation, check the dimensions of the selected model, the suitability of the supporting construction and the door opening direction.
Installation requirements
- check the technical data of the selected model and the required installation opening dimensions before installation
- when installing in a double-layer plasterboard wall, position the opening side of the door upwards
- when installing in a double-layer plasterboard ceiling, take the door weight into account and ensure adequate frame fixing to the supporting construction
- preserve the integrity of the sealing gasket during installation
- ensure that surrounding structures and building services do not obstruct the door
- check the operation of the click-clack opening and closing mechanism after installation
- check the safety system preventing accidental door opening
Construction specified by the manufacturer
The outer frame and door frame of DORIKA® 25 mm are made of natural aluminium. The assembly includes a SHARK™ profile, sealing gasket and corner components made of nylon reinforced with 50% glass fibre. The 25 mm plasterboard panel of the access door intended for double-layer plasterboard constructions is bonded to the door frame during manufacture using a fast-curing single-component sealant certified according to EN 15651.
