SUPRA STANDARD 25 - access panels for 25 mm plasterboard in standard dimensions

• SUPRA STANDARD 25 - standard dimension inspection doors designed for 25 mm plasterboard, plastering and painting, for wall installation only, can only be opened from top to bottom (it is mandatory to additionally order special plastic fixings SUPRA-FIX)
• ATTENTION! For wall mounting (doors can only open from top to bottom), it is recommended to order additional SUPRA-FIX plastic fixators. However, with these fixators, the door will only open ~40%. Without the fixators, the door will open fully and can be removed, but it must be held during opening to prevent it from falling out of the brackets

• SUPRA STANDARD 12.5 - standard dimension inspection doors designed for 12.5 mm plasterboard, plastering and painting or tile gluing. Tiles up to 1 cm thick can be glued on doors up to 600x600 mm if the door opens from top to bottom (it is mandatory to additionally order special plastic fixings SUPRA-FIX)
• SUPRA SPECIAL 12.5 - non-standard dimension inspection doors designed for 12.5 mm plasterboard, plastering and painting or tile gluing. Tiles up to 1 cm thick can be glued on doors up to 600x600 mm if the door opens from top to bottom, it is mandatory to additionally order special plastic fixings SUPRA-FIX (for 150x150 and 150x200 mm sizes fixings are not required)
• SUPRA MEGA SIZE 12.5 - large dimension (from 600x800 mm to 800x1200 mm) inspection doors designed for 12.5 mm plasterboard, plastering and painting when installing in a wall maximum size is 600x1200 mm (it is mandatory to additionally order special plastic fixings SUPRA-FIX), when installing in a ceiling - 1200x1200 mm or 600x1400 mm
• made of impregnated, moisture-, mould- and fungus-resistant GKBI plasterboard
• the frame is made of aluminium profile and electrostatically coated with RAL 9016 white paint
• easy to open and close with a simple click thanks to the highly reliable latches

A - outer frame fixed to plasterboard

B - inner frame - a door that can be removed when opened

C - safety holders which allow the door to open smoothly

1. SUPRA STANDARD 25 access panels is suitable only for wall mounting, latches must be at the top

2. it is forbidden to glue tiles on all SUPRA STANDARD 25 panels

3. fix the panel frame with 15-20 mm self-tapping screws

4. the recommended distance of the plasterboard wall fixing profile from the boundary of the opening is 30 - 100 mm

5. putty the door when removed from the frame and the frame already installed in the opening

6. paint the door after it has been removed from the frame and the frame after it has been installed and painted in the opening
