• these centrifugal fans mounted in acoustic boxes are specially designed for smoke and air extraction through hoods (ventilation hoods) in industrial kitchens and catering establishments due to integrated sound-absorbing insulation, included accessories and special design they ensure low noise level and minimal maintenance

PURPOSE

• kitchen equipment: designed for ducted or direct extraction of smoke and hot, greasy air from professional kitchen hoods

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION AND ADVANTAGES

• high efficiency ec motor: permanent magnet synchronous motors with integrated driver (inverter) comply with IEC60034-30-2-2016 standard and exceed IE5 efficiency class this guarantees low energy consumption, saves more than 30% of energy and reduces CO2 emissions
• speed controller included: the standard configuration factory includes a smooth adjustment voltage regulator RV EC 0-10V with potentiometer, on/off switch and IP42 protection
• integrated grease drain: the fan design features an integrated special grease collection tray and a discharge / drain pipe for condensate and grease removal
• insulated motor: the motor is completely separated from the transported air flow by a special galvanized sheet metal partition this protects it from grease and combustion product deposits, reducing cleaning and maintenance needs to a minimum
• acoustic comfort: the casing panels are double-skinned, filled with 25 mm thick sound-absorbing and self-extinguishing material, which effectively reduces the noise level and allows installing the unit inside the building

CONSTRUCTION

• frame and casing: aluminum profile frame with removable double-skinned panels made of galvanized steel sheets with internal sound-absorbing filling
• impeller: dynamically balanced (according to UNI ISO 21940-11:2017) backward curved blades impeller, made of galvanized steel
• universal mounting: the fan can be mounted both in horizontal and vertical position the design includes mounting feet with factory-prepared holes for easy lifting and fixing
